So as I am patiently (okay maybe not so patiently) waiting for baby Fé to arrive, I have been in a serious baking mood! Fé seems to be taking her sweet sweet time coming out. If you have read my posts about Waiting for Baby or Being Overdue you are probably well aware of the fact that I am going nuts over here waiting for her to come. Today I am currently 40 weeks and 4 days! How crazy is that?!
Anyway, since its fall, and the weather is turning and the leaves are falling, its time to break out all of our favorite PUMPKIN RECIPES!! I have put together a list of my absolute favorite recipes from around the web. These AMAZING muffins are from Julie over at Peanut Butter Fingers. Healthy and super easy to make, they require simple ingredients and taste great! I have made a bunch of them and frozen them for when little Fé comes =)
This homemade pumpkin spice latte from Eating Bird Food is Delicious and much healthier than getting your latte somewhere else. Since I live in Holland, its impossible to find PSL’s (except at Starbucks) so this is the perfect solution to my PSL cravings this winter =) Plus I can make is caffeine free since Ive given up on caffeine during my pregnancy. This muffin mix is perfect if you are looking for a simple and super easy muffin recipe! Plus it is super versatile so you can choose to make muffins or breads with any added ingredients that you love as well. I am also OBSESSED with their Apple Cider Spice Blend and I just discovered that they also have a Carmel Apple Spice Blend and so many more flavors I need to try! OMG I want to try them all!
This smoothie from Raia’s Recipes combines two of my favorite holiday flavors, Pumpkin and Eggnog! Not only is this smoothie delicious, it is also pretty healthy for you. So you don’t have to feel guilty for indulging in your favorite holiday treats! Win win!
Who doesn’t love pancakes?! These pumpkin pancakes are the perfect fall family breakfast! I plan on making them over the holidays when my family is visiting =)

Yes please! Made in the slow cooker (which is awesome!) If you are looking for a decadent evening beverage look no further, this is it! Curl up on the couch, pop in a christmas movie and sip on this lovely hot chocolate and your evening is sure to be complete =)
Tired of desserts? Okay I’m not! But there are a ton of really great pumpkin dinner options we cant miss out on as well. Although I haven’t made this soup this year, I made it a lot last fall when I was going through a big soup phase! This soup is packed with flavor and is super inexpensive to make! Enjoy =)

When Daniel and I got our Magic Bullet I became obsessed with making hummus! This hummus recipe is perfect for fall. Hummus is seriously so easy to make and makes for the perfect fall appetizer or game day snack (it is football season after all!)
13. Pumpkin Ravioli
I haven’t tried this one personally either, but I LOVE pumpkin Ravioli. Whenever it rolls around during Pumpkin season I HAVE to try it wherever I am. This recipe is on my “to-make” list for the holiday season.

Last fall Daniel and I were also super into our curries! They are the perfect winter dinner as it warms you right up when its cold outside. Try this AMAZING pumpkin curry for a fall twist on a classic dinner favorite.
I have to get back to desserts now, I just cant help myself. This puppy chow is made with Pumpkin Spice for the added fall flare! Yummy!!
I LOVE Rice Krispie treats! My mom used to make them ALL THE TIME when I was younger, and she still even sends me some all the way over to Holland just because I love them so much. I haven’t made them since I have been living in Holland because you cant buy Rice Krispies over here, but these Caramel Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats look absolutely AMAZING. I might have to have my mom make some to bring with her when she visits 😉
My mom also used to make bars like this, minus the Pumpkin. These Magic Pumpkin bars add the perfect fall flavor to an already amazing dessert =)
Don’t feel like baking but still want a yummy pumpkin dessert, this is the cake for you! Super easy to make you just need to allow plenty of time for refrigeration 😉
Last but certainly not least, we have a super easy Pumpkin Pull apart bread! This bread is made with canned biscuit dough so you can even have it for breakfast!
